Dr. Francesca Ferilli is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director of BOS, a company that organizes trade fairs in the healthcare sector. After graduating, she completed a two-year training experience in Lyon at the headquarters of GL events, a leading global company in the events industry, covering congresses and conventions, cultural, sports, institutional, corporate, and political events, as well as fairs and exhibitions. She then worked for Senaf, which has been organizing trade fairs, themed exhibitions, and conferences in various sectors for over 30 years—including plant engineering, specialized mechanics, fashion technologies, healthcare, and construction—where she was responsible for the research and development of national and international projects. Since 2019, at BOS—founded from the merger between BolognaFiere Cosmoprof and Senaf—she has first served as General Manager and later as Chief Executive Officer.
