Institutional e-mail of the Department
For the sending of official communications, it is mandatory to use office email addresses. Personal email addresses should not be used for institutional, administrative, and/or managerial communications.
Specifically:
- Official emails for the Head of the Department, especially when a signature is required on any document, should be sent to: fabit.direttore@unibo.it
- General emails related to administrative services should be sent to: fabit.segreteriaamministrativa@unibo.it
- Emails for purchase requests (not PNRR, not PRIN 2022) should be sent to: fabit.rda@unibo.it
- Emails for purchase requests funded by PNRR and related funds should be sent to: fabit.rda_pnrr@unibo.it
- Emails for purchase requests funded by PRIN 2022 and PRIN PNRR 2022 should be sent to: fabit.rda_prin22@unibo.it
- Emails related to research projects or competitive funding should be sent to: fabit.ricerca@unibo.it
- Emails regarding agreements, contracts, and conventions with companies and entities external to the University should be sent to: fabit.segreteriaamministrativa@unibo.it
- Emails regarding missions, trips, and mobility should be sent to: fabit.missioni@unibo.it
- Emails for requests for access to spaces outside of working hours and security-related matters should be sent to: fabit.sicurezza@unibo.it
Additional institutional emails related to departmental Committees and Working Groups:
- fabit.terzamissione@unibo.it (Third Mission and Social Impact Committee) for information regarding activities related to technology transfer, production, management of public goods, public engagement, life and health sciences, environmental sustainability, inclusion, and addressing inequalities concerning the UN 2030 goals;
- fabit.internazionalizzazione@unibo.it (Internationalization Working Group) for information regarding activities related to the internationalization of teaching, research, and third mission;
- fabit.comunicazione@unibo.it (Com4FaBiT Communication Working Group) for communication and dissemination of events, seminars, news, and drafting of content for the Departmental website that cannot be forwarded via the appropriate links to the forms found in the footer of the FaBiT homepage.
