Laboratory management coordinator

care, maintenance and efficient management of laboratory equipment also with a view to integrating services;
management of the programming and organization of the service and the use of spaces and equipment by users (e.g. teachers, researchers, students, doctoral students, etc.) on the basis of the lines identified by the manager of the structure;
support for the management of purchases of laboratory consumables (e.g. contacting suppliers and requesting quotes, technical opinions on orders, etc.) and relations with external suppliers in conjunction with the purchasing department of the administrative service;
monitoring the correct conduct of activities by users in compliance with the laboratory's operating regulations and safety procedures;
coordination and organization of the staff (structured or with collaborative relationship) who carry out their activity within the service;
coordination with the competent offices for aspects related to the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the laboratory structure (also through dedicated roles such as the District Manager, if any);
support for the promotion and communication activities of the initiatives of the Department's laboratories;
connection on training needs to identify the needs of the structure's technical staff.
